• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Options, Rates, and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (UK):

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for most locations if your order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day. Next-day delivery is subject to product availability and additional charges.

International Shipping:

• Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 7-21 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Next-Day Delivery Details

• Next-day delivery is available only to select locations.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the following business day.
• Custom and made-to-order products will be shipped via next-day delivery when possible, depending on production time and availability.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Big Dog Bits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to:

Enjoy peace of mind with Pet Proofing!

• Free Replacement or Repair: Covers accidental damage like chewing, dragging, or snagging.
• Sustainable Repairs: Damaged leads are examined, and salvageable parts are reused when possible.
• Two Replacements Included: Limited to two replacements per product; additional repairs handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Fair Usage Policy: Replacements won’t be issued for leads deliberately vandalised to claim a replacement.
