International Shipping:

• Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 7-21 business days.

• Next-day delivery is available only to select locations.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the following business day.
• Custom and made-to-order products will be shipped via next-day delivery when possible, depending on production time and availability.

• Free Replacement or Repair: Covers accidental damage like chewing, dragging, or snagging.
• Sustainable Repairs: Damaged leads are examined, and salvageable parts are reused when possible.
• Two Replacements Included: Limited to two replacements per product; additional repairs handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Fair Usage Policy: Replacements won’t be issued for leads deliberately vandalised to claim a replacement.
